update, project is progressing well.
Club discussion on Paul Harris Awards.
Last Week’s PROGRAM: Bill Sullivan gave us an update on his club’s international service project involving a children’s clinic in Ecuador. They spent 5 days in Puertoveljo in November, the dry season, to work with equipment and procedures involving equipment previously sent there from Rochester’s Mayo Clinic. The Hands for Humanity foundation has grown out if this venture largely due to medical members involved in the project. The recipient Rotary district is 4400 which includes all of Ecuador.

The Oak tree,
when it feels its roots deep in the earth isn’t practicing any technique. Integrity is not
a conditional word. It doesn’t blow
in the wind or change with the weather. We’ve got two
lives, one we are given, and the other one we make. Change is a way
the Universe brings us closer to the truth. It is a leader’s
responsibility to demonstrate what it means to keep your word. One word of
encouragement during a failure is worth a whole book of praise after a
success.
